Congratulations to Megan Stokey for winning the best student paper award in the Spectroscopic Ellipsometry Focus Session for her presentation "Evolution of Anisotropy and Order of Band-to-Band Transitions, Excitons, Phonons, Static and High Frequency Dielectric Constants Including Strain Dependencies in Alpha and Beta Phase (AlXGa1-X)2O3" at the AVS 68 International Symposium and Exhibition (AVS-68), Pittsburgh, PA.

The next International Conference on Spectroscopic Ellipsometry, ICSE-10 will be held in Denver, Colorado, and will be organized by Professors Dave Aspnes from North Carolina State University, Alain Diebold from SUNY Albany, and our team. Stay tuned for further information.
