Alyssa Mock is the recipient of the 2018 UNL College of Engineering Outstanding Doctoral Dissertation Award. She received the award in recognition for her PhD thesis entitled “GENERALIZED ELLIPSOMETRY ON COMPLEX NANOSTRUCTURES AND LOW-SYMMETRY MATERIALS” submitted to the College of Engineering in December 2017. The award was announced and honored at the annual College-wide Graduate Student Recognition Event on April 27, 2018. The winner of the award also receives a $500 cash prize from the College of Engineering.
